Our classroom library is in dire need of assistance! The old titles that most students have read sit dusty on the shelves. When students are given dynamic choices in reading they read more which elevates their reading levels and maintains their interest. My students need new books as well as subscriptions to Choices and Junior Scholastic magazines. Students that fidget and that are physical learners need ball chairs so they can focus more intently on lessons and have a comfortable place to learn. I have multiple students that have a difficult time sitting still and when they wander the room they take focus away from others. These would be a lifesaver in my classroom and for all students.
