My classroom is full of students from various ability levels. I teach fourth grade and have student reading levels ranging from first to sixth grade. The materials I have requested will help me better meet the needs of my diverse readers. My students need to have guided reading instruction to better improve their reading skills. I would like to expand my small book set collection to have a larger variety of books, such as Out of the Dust and Al Capone Does My Shirts. In addition to the books, the teacher guides I have requested will give me direction in how best to use the books to support my learners. I am excited to get started!
