My students thrive on a multi-sensory approach to learning, as many of them have attention and focus challenges. Movement is key to their learning but can often be challenging to incorporate into our busy day. Wobble Chairs would allow my students with ADHD, Autism, and Executive Functioning deficits to meet their sensory needs while maintaining classroom structure. They would also benefit all the students in our inclusive classrooms, as everyone needs movement throughout the day! Wobble Chairs would also increase student core strength and promote healthy posture. Since I teach so many grade levels and travel between two buildings, I would like to be able to have enough chairs to accommodate all my students who would benefit from this intervention.
