These supplies will allow the students to foster their independence during center time. They will also allow them to work in a way that meets each child's individual needs. My students have a wide range of learning styles and abilities, and these materials will help them practice in a way that their learning styles are met in each of the lessons. We will use these supplies to make Interactive notebooks that my special ed students can use this year in their present grades; in addition, they will use these notebooks as a useful reference that can follow them throughout their school years. The students will always have something to use to help them practice and reinforce skills that have been taught. It will help them be successful because they really take ownership in the creation of their own resources and reference materials.
