Flexible seating is important for students. Imagine spending all day in the same seat! You would feel bored too. Flexible seating gives students the option to move around the classroom to do their work. Flexible seating is motivating and engaging for students. Flexible seating gives students the ability to chose a workspace that works best for them. In my classroom students may stand at their desks, kneel at a table, or sit on a pillow to complete their work. Unfortunately I don't have enough seating options yet. With this project I will be able to provide enough flexible seating options for each student.
