Leadership skills possessed by high school students are a spring board for their future, and our society's. I teach first grade in a rural school community and stay committed to all ages through other programs. Presently, I have full support from our district and community to begin a Leadership program at our high school. This program will acknowledge and strengthen skills in those students who exhibit the potential to be tomorrow's leaders. We are a school district that pride's itself on its "family feel" and those values that keep "families" strong. We teach those skills: integrity, work ethic, serving others and leadership.

About my class
