As an instructional coach for my school, I want to help take the burden and stress off of digital learning. Teachers aren’t movie producers, however with the right tools we have the growth mindset to make it possible. With the right lighting and proper audio, I will be able to create quality videos so that students, parents and teachers can see and hear me. How frustrating it was when trying to share something on camera and it was too dark in my room, or they couldn’t hear me over the background noise from air vents and outdoor activity.
