One of the major resources needed in my math classroom are grade appropriate calculators. Many of my students do not have one of their own, and I have been trying to provide them to students on my own, but the cost has gotten to be more than I can handle. Having a classroom set of good grade appropriate calculators would be a tremendous blessing in their lives. It is my goal to make as even of a playing field as possible for my students to be successful. Having these calculators will aide in that! I am also asking for other classroom supplies, graph paper of different sizes for a scale, surface area, and volume project we will be doing at the end of the school year, as well as dry erase boards, markers, rulers, and learning games to make math fun!
