New tables will provide space for students to work collaboratively or individually. Tables will take up less space and students will have more room to spread out and work in an environment that meets their individual learning style and need. Replacing the aging desks with modern tables will provide flexible seating options and open up more space in the classroom for students to engage in their learning tasks. Our aging desks are delaminating and creating an unsafe environment. They are large and cumbersome resulting in our classroom becoming very congested and hard to navigate. Flexible seating and workspace options will have a positive impact on student learning and academic performance. New tables will benefit my students immensely.
