Having a classroom of hyperactive 8th graders can be daunting to some, but I believe they are that perfect age. Not so young that you can't be very firm, and not so old that they don't need a hug every now and then. While they are in my classroom we work not only in Language Arts but also on building relationships with one another. We work to create a culture of mutual respect and friendship. We have the amazing fortune of being a 1-1 school, and technology is implemented in every lesson. However, we do lack in materials such as engaging and current novel sets.

About my class
