Coding is an important skill that is often not encouraged or fostered in the elementary years. I hope to change that at my school. My students’ lives will change by having technology that supports coding in the library. Students in the lower grades will be able to problem solve using the Code-A-Pillar. The older students will be able to use higher ordered thinking skills to code with the Ozobots. Students learning will soar by introducing our students to coding at such an early age. It will get my students excited about learning and at the same time preparing them for the future.

About my class
