My students span a wide range of abilities at the K-5 levels. Having the right tools to help them succeed at each of their various levels goes a long way. The yoga mats will allow them to all feel more confident with a sure footing that's less slippery then the tile floor. These yoga mats will give my students a strong base that's non-slip and more forgiving then the tile to build a relationship with a lifelong physical activity on. The founding to buy these mats for a class of 33 students doesn't exist in a title one school. The arts are a luxury in the inner city, but the students deserve the opportunity to explore them on the less.
