Tchoukball is a Swiss sport that I would like to expose my students to, and I do not think they would have the opportunity to without this. Tchoukball is a movement-orientated game similar to Olympic team handball. It is accessible to anyone who can run, throw and catch. The game challenges eye-hand coordination, quickness, reaction time, strength, spatial awareness, and teamwork. A great aspect of this game is that it will incorporate all students, even those students who may be timid and less aggressive. This game involves a no-contact defense rule. You are also not allow to defend passes or steal passes. This is a fun game which is less intimidating for students than games such as basketball and football.
