Students coming into a 5th grade classroom are so excited and passionate about learning. They're still young and innocent as they are learning about the World around them and their place in it. They are avid learners and explorers. They are part of a small school and it feels a little like family here. The staff works hard to help them blossom into what they were destined to be. I am striving to provide an environment that fuels these passions and excitement. My room is warm, bright, and welcoming. I want my kiddos to love their classroom as if it were their second home. I am eager to provide my students learning experiences that will last a life time by being both relevant and high interest. I want them to think back to this school year fondly when they are adults because we've made connections and memories here. I hope that these experiences help them determine who they are now and who they want to be in life.
