My middle school students are big-hearted and curious about the greater world around them. Our middle school houses roughly 800 students, and these students will go on to attend a high school of over 2,200 students next year. Each year the classes grow with students more hungry with ways to learn about life and the adulthood they are just beginning. As students figure out what kind of person they want to be, they read in book clubs with peers - learning from the protagonists while in the safety of our classroom. They are rockstars in need of books to explore the greater world!

About my class
