The materials being requested would allow students hands-on learning opportunities that they can hold onto for a lifetime. I am requesting the life cycle and real life specimen sets to increase students understandings of other living creatures in their world. I am requesting the tooth brushing set to allow students an opportunity to develop greater understanding of their role in maintaining their own teeth with hopes they will be more comfortable with tooth brushing and dental care. I am requesting the building and magnetic sets to increase students understanding of building, magnetism, cause and effect, planning, positions, shapes and counting shapes.
