Students in my classroom have many needs including how they sit! It makes an incredible difference when they have the freedom to sit where they would like and aren’t forced to stay seated in a chair. This would alleviate students need to wiggle and get out of their chairs. Even as adults it can be difficult to stay seated in an upright chair for long periods of time as we can get ansty and stiff! This would also work as an incentive and keep kids engaged while they are able to move as they please and have the freedom to make themselves comfortable.

About my class
