The kids enjoy whole class short answer activities with white boards and Expo markers. However, Expo markers are expensive and quickly run out of ink. I also have to deal with erasers when using the whiteboards. It makes these activities difficult. With the LCD writing tablets I never need to worry about dried up Expo markers, dirty whiteboards and erasers. The LCD writing tablets will be fun for the class, it will allow for whole class participation, and it will help me complete informal assessments. These writing tablets will be used weekly.
