Small group instruction for reading is the best way to help students learn and use their reading comprehension skills and increase their fluency. Many of my students fell behind when the pandemic hit and are still struggling readers. It is vital that my students get their hands on age appropriate books to get them up to grade level. Our school opens in the fall is still building our leveled library. I have limited resources to teach. Building my classroom library will allow students access to high interest books which will help their reading skills improv.
