In order to improve their command of the English language, my linguistically diverse students practice reading, writing, speaking, and listening on a daily basis. To meet these requirements, they need to engage in activities that require them to engage on these four levels of communication. A listening station will, especially, facilitate the listening component as well as help in assessing their comprehension by having them answer questions based on what they listened to. Engaging in these four language modalities involves a lot of independent and group writing and illustration projects as I support the students towards proficiency in the English language. The provision of the requested supplies will greatly facilitate this process.
