Having iPads in our class will have a direct impact on students learning because it will allow them to be fully engaged in the material. I plan to use the iPads as an independent learning station where students will engage in various activities across all subjects (reading, math, science, and social studies) on the website MobyMax. This website allows me to assign lessons based on student need and quickly review progress to determine instruction. This project will allow me to encourage 21st Century learning and encourage students to utilize technology not only within the classroom, but outside as well. I plan to use a variety of other websites to engage students in learning such as XtraMath, Fact Monster, and ABCya. Students will be able to access these websites while I conduct small group lessons.
