My hope is to be able to use technology to meet the individualized needs of my students. An ipad Air2 will help me make sure there is always access for those who need special accommodations during literacy. I will be able to use this for listening centers during our center time and to give access to extension apps for my advanced students. We have a few Chromebooks and I have one ipad2. With the ipad Air I hope to get we will have access to the needed technology to help each of my students learn at their level. When there are that many devices going at once in a room though it can get a little loud and distracting. The headphones will help students each be able to hear their device and those working in groups with me will still be able to work without distraction. The science supplies I will need to be able to do something more than the typical classroom science project and still keep my students and myself safe. Kids adore science and are completely engaged when encountering the scientific process and things they haven't seen before.
