My students are visual learners. We use the Smart Board every day. We exercise to warm up our brains using videos found on Youtube. We continue our morning using STARFALL, an online educational program. The Smart Board is also used to display digital books. Technology is how my students learn. A Smart Board is only as smart as the computer that is connected to it. A new computer for the Smart Board will secure the compatibility with the internet . The computer that is currently connected the Smart Board is running on Windows XP. A new computer will be compatible with the programs we are using off the internet and I will not have to fight with non-compatible plugins.
