These rugs and books will encourage my students to become lifelong readers. They will build a love of reading through our improved classroom library and reading corner. The math rug will provide many ways for them to learn their math facts while using movement. My students will finally have a safe space to fully enjoy the world of books. The books and supplies for my reading corner will create a cozy and warm classroom atmosphere for my students. Many of my students do not get this opportunity at home, and I want to provide this for them in the classroom. I will use the rugs and soft seats in my classroom library. This will be a reading corner for my students. It will be a quiet and cozy place that they can immerse themselves in a book. They will use the cozy seats to sit on while they read. All of my students will have access to the reading corner.
