I look forward to using standing desks as one of the options in my flexible seating classroom. Currently, I only have options for sitting and working. There are many students who can stay focused on their work for longer periods of time while standing. The desks will allow for flexible configurations and more options for students to be continuously moving, therefore increasing engagement and overall educational success. I'm excited, as are my first-grade students, to get started with this simple yet meaningful change to our classroom. Their developing bodies want to move more! Thank you for your consideration in donating to this project.
