I requested 2 class sets of books I believe that my students will be interested in reading these books. Both class sets of books will help teach empathy and resilience through exploring the characters different situations. I also selected a couple individual books for the classroom library that my students may read independently with the help of on line readers. Through a combination of group readings and individually selected books, I am hoping to help both build a respect for reading in my students and improve my sweet students’ reading ability.
