My students need to be able to take concepts and ideas learned in the classroom and make the leap to real-world situations. Having these robotic systems in the classroom will allow students to work together collaboratively to solve problems using a technology rich product that will allow them to better prepare for what they will encounter in higher learning. These systems will also allow for more students to be involved in our robotics club, which currently has to turn away interested students due to a lack of available technology. My students love to be involved in hands-on activities and this will allow for more creative avenues, which will better prepare them for their futures!
