These materials will help our classroom integrate STEM learning into our busy schedule busy by allowing the students the opportunity to build and create roller coasters. The students can create chain reactions with hands-on items while also learning team building skills. They will help to build STEM proficiency with the students while providing me with supports I need to create hands-on and interactive science experiences in our classroom setting. STEM education is active and focuses on a student-centered learning environment. Teachers guide students through the problem-solving process and plan projects that lead to mastery of content and STEM proficiency. These type of experiences allow the students to think for themselves and try things differently than another student.
