As the new Multi Tiered Support Systems (MTSS) Teacher at Park Lane Elementary, we work to support student learning by sharing evidence based bests practices through the development of engaging, standards based curriculum supported by positive behavior support systems and interventions. Promoting a positive school culture where it is 'ok' to take risks in learning, where students support each other in the process, and where positive student behavior is acknowledged, welcomed, and fostered through relationship building promotes a supportive school culture where students can be their best self!
