These materials are more than just that. My plans for them are to become an interactive experience for my students with disabilities. These kids don't get glitz and glam in their lives. When our kids leave the stoop of our building their walls go up and demeanor changes. We lack funds for basic craft supplies, even glitter. These craft materials will help our prom committee (student based) create 90% of the decorations. We also need parties supplies (plates and cups) and a photo backdrop to capture the special moments. We plan on reusing almost all of these materials for future projects and dances.
