I strive to develop and implement a high-quality education that will contribute to a successful academic experience. I am asking for five Kindles and a light table to be able to provide more individualized instruction, create more meaningful experiences and create critical thinking skills that are nurtured and advanced by the arts and having access to technology. I am required as an educator to follow the Common Core State Standards. CCSS expects teachers to allow students to explore and use various types of technology, experiment with different art materials, build and create models, sculptures, paintings, and drawings. I haven't been able to meet these expectations or standards due to the limited resources available to me. The tablets and a light table will provide exceptional learning experiences for my diverse population, and I will be able to play a role in creating a memorable early childhood experience.
