Students often learn by doing. A true leader also learns by doing. I strive to encourage a classroom environment so all of my students can have leadership potential. Creating a learning culture where students are able to be leaders will help them become better learners throughout their educational careers. When students are able to feel a since of ownership they create a culture for learning. Students need to feel a since of stability and have a sense of ownership. Creating a positive environment, that is organized, will help my students reach their optimal potentials in and out of the classroom.
