I would like to get more musical instruments to place in my classroom so that each student can have the possibility to participate and choose the musical instrument they prefer. Since the demographics of the school is multicultural, I chose instruments from different cultures to educate them on diversity. My students will also use the musical instruments to help improve their literacy skills. We can use these instruments to correlate between the early learning and developmental standards between language arts and music. I believe that the instruments will also help improve their behavior teaching them to listen and follow instructions. Therefore, the children will benefit from playing the instruments while being motivated to learn.
