My school loves to work on building a school wide community and making sure the kiddos share and use kindness! We recently updated our school courtyard for the kids to go relax and read in. We want to do a school wide project of rocks to decorate the courtyard with positivity. The kids will design a unique river rock, using the markers, with inspiring words of kindness for students to see when they are outside. Unfortunately, funding cuts this idea short. It is very important to me to help encourage kindness and positivity with all my students as their art teacher! Plus, these big school wide projects are fun to watch and witness their compassion and enthusiasm when working with each other!
