Our upcoming reading unit is historical fiction book clubs. One fun way to teach kids about how to have good conversations in book clubs is to do a whole class book club. This this book would be so exciting for the students; I know it will motivate them for the duration of the unit. We will compare and contrast the outcomes...We will learn about cause and effect...All while learning about an important time period in American history. Kids love the “you choose” books. I remember loving them as a kid! Please help me get my kids excited to learn about reading and history.
