My students must keep up with the latest advancements in education to spark an interest in science. Science is changing every single day, and so are the interests of my students. Since my English as a Second Language's students struggle with English, using hands-on activities will enable them to form a visible picture of the science concept that I am teaching them. Stem activities are becoming a vital part of the science curriculum. Projects such as egg-drops, crash test kits, and light-reflection kits will allow my students to move and use their hands to learn about phenomena in our world.
