These Sphero robots will be used in conjunction with a coding program. The coding program will teach students how to coordinate complicated movements and patterns of the robot using coding language and skills, (e.g. programming the Sphero robots to complete mazes in one instance of executed code). Students will gain a robust understanding of computer literacy and a set of skills that will translate into success across all disciplines. It is essential that students are exposed to coding technologies so that they will be able to compete in the 21st-century job market with their more affluent peers.
