We have online reading and math interventions that our students will be using during small group instruction. We also will use the Google Ecosystem for collaboration on research projects about Explorers. Research will be much easier for the students to access the internet and explore online resources. Students will have independent projects they can use with the Chromebooks. Chromebooks will let my students explore their own learning and passions. I want my students to be lifelong learners, but not having access to technology will not prepare them for the real world. Our whole society revolves around technology and computers, so not having access to it at a young age puts them behind others who do have the resources. I want my students to be able to learn outside of the four walls of our classroom.
