Giberson Elementary School is a Title 1 school. The student population is environmentally challenged and racially diverse. Through the emphasis on academic excellence, high attendance, student engagement, parental involvement, and social accountability Giberson has turned around. The Counselor, Teachers and Staff and Administration team up to help educate the "whole child". There is a comprehensive approach from the Counselor to meet the students where they are and guide them to social-emotional health and academic success.
