These materials will help my students with fine motor and sensory skills. My students learn better doing art work then just listening. They have severe learning disabilities which impair their learning. Having these materials will help my students with sensory input, helping to claim them down for the rest of the school day. My students have special needs and thrive doing sensory activities. Their faces light up when they complete projects. They love using paint and other things with their hands, which allows them to finish art projects independently. Also using paint, play dough and other supplies help with occupational skills.
