Many of my students come from low economic backgrounds and non-fiction books are one way they are gaining new experiences. Many of my students do not have the opportunities to explore outside of our community and they love learning about animals and places they have yet to discover. They are interested in animals and non-fiction books are one way we can help them gain experiences. The pictures in the books spikes their interest and has made them excited to learn more. These books will help my students continue their love for reading, help to improve their reading skills, and give them the information they are looking for from the non-fiction books.

About my class
