Since many of my students are active and need to move in order to learn, 8 ball chairs will benefit their body as well as their mind. They will be able to increase their focus by having the freedom to move while still sitting in the school environment. These active seats will be used on a daily basis and will fit the variety of needs within my classroom. It is proven that movement, stretching, and walking can enhance the learning process. Since students are required to sit for a significant amount of their day it is hard for some of them to concentrate and focus. Flexible seating allows students the freedom to move while engaging their minds to focus and learn. My students would greatly benefit from active seating as it is my goal to best meet their needs in order to increase their learning.
