By engaging students in hands-on research through inquiry-based learning and problem solving, students will be solving their Problem Based Learning (PBLs) throughout the year. They will be tasked with "real life" problems that need to be solved. These projects will not have an immediate answer. Only through learning our current curriculum/unit and research, will they we able to find the most suitable answer for their team. My students need iPads as an additional resource for their PBL research! Example: Students need to create the most officiant light and sound classroom. They will learn about light and sound in science, and scale models in math. They will need to further their research online to help them as an additional resource to their textbook.
