Our class has been virtually learning since August 17th. It's rough for five year olds to understand that all these faces on the screen are their classmates, friends, and classroom family. We just found out today that we will be returning to our classroom on September 21st! We are excited to finally meet each other and learn all about how kindergarten works when we're all together. Our school is a learning community and we use lots of manipulatives, games, and other tools to help us grow. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic, we won't be able to share our supplies and tools like we have in the past. We would love to have enough books, manipulatives, and storage supplies for each student to have their own set to use. Additional sanitation supplies to keep us all safe during our time in the class would be greatly appreciated. These little ones are just starting their educational adventure and I want to make sure they have everything they need to thrive!
