Our school was one of the schools affected by the flood in Louisiana. We endured a lot of loss from this flood, including the loss of ALL our PE equipment. We had purchased a wide variety of equipment over many years by raising money at our annual field day. These materials would help our PE department start to rebuild a class that all our students enjoy coming to every day! Physical education is extremely important when shaping the lives of our youth. Our students have the opportunity to try a variety of activities during PE ensuring that they have a positive outlook on being active and living a healthy lifestyle! Our students love PE and with this equipment they would be able to enjoy activities that help them develop locomotor skills, manipulative skills, teamwork, physical fitness, and so much more!
