This technology will make an exponential difference in my classroom by allowing students to express their learning not only a variety of ways, but also where they are more comfortable to learn with in the classroom. Students will also be able to explore online kid friendly search engines, interactive learning sites and online books in order to enhance their learning. Engagement is key in the learning process and students will be able to take control of their own learning. Whether working one on one to individualize their learning or in small groups with these iPads, students work at their own pace and are able to address their own learning styles and the differing way they learn. Since every student has their own learning style, this technology will increase their confidence and take control of their own learning, starting at the beginning of their school careers.
