My students will use these iPads in small groups throughout the day. The durable covers will help keep them safe and clean from lots of little hands. We will be using several primary focused apps and programs in both reading and math, to help my language learners catch up with their English speaking peers. Students will use the iPads in reading by using Starfall. These kindergarteners will be able to listen to books with rich language, and they will be able to practice their English with a terrific program called Imagine Learning. In math we will use counting and number sense apps to hone their skills.
