Providing students with any means necessary to increase learning is my goal. Learning with a Beat integrates music throughout the elementary school curriculum to enhance learning. Through music the classroom environment will provide an atmosphere that will allow students to reach their full potential. Using Brain Based learning, students will improve thinking skills, be more motivated to learn, and increase creativity. I teach 5th grade math, science, and social studies at a rural elementary school. I have a very mixed socioeconomic classroom that is multicultural. My class includes special needs students as well as gifted.
