As a first year STEM para-educator, I have inherited the collected remnants of past projects. One of the project materials the children have shown an interest in were building blocks. They enjoy taking the blocks and creating things that only exist in their minds. Our current supply of blocks is a jumbled menagerie of odds and ends, lacking the common and base pieces for them to build most structures. Another aspect of the project is building a "Lego-wall" that the kids can use their imaginations to create all kinds of fun stuff.
