Having a MacBook Air will benefit my students as it can be hooked up to our classroom Smart-board and utilized to help teach engaging lessons. Students on the autism spectrum tend to learn better through the utilization of technology as it enhances the learning comprehension process. Provision of technology within the classroom will increase student motivation to stay engaged in learning while aiding their opportunity to succeed. Donations toward this project will improve my classroom because this project will change the way my students feel about participating and completing assignments. A lot of times, my students are frustrated and insecure about their ability to complete tasks. Having a new, working computer in my classroom will change my students' lives for the better because it will enhance their learning through a positive and engaging learning experience.
